Privacy, Cookies, Terms & Disclaimer
Privacy Policy
ONRAVCOM PRIVATE LIMITED ("ONRAV", "we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site or contacts us — including officials, staff, and representatives of the government and institutional bodies we work with. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Information you give us directly — your name, email address, organisation, and message content, when you write to us via an email address on this site or the Engage form.
- Information collected automatically — standard technical data (browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page) and, only if you consent via our cookie banner, analytics data collected through tools such as Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and correspond with you about a potential or ongoing engagement.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, so we can improve its content and structure — only where you've consented to analytics cookies.
- To meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations, including those arising from engagements with government or public-sector bodies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: service providers who help us operate this site or respond to inquiries (e.g. email and analytics providers, under their own privacy terms), and where required by law or a valid legal process. Where analytics consent is given, usage data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.
Data retention
We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relationship and meet legal or audit obligations typical of government-facing advisory work, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained per the settings of the analytics tool in use.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask what we hold and why, by writing to privacy@onrav.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
International processing
We are based in India. Some service providers we use (including analytics providers) may process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards for cross-border data transfer.
Children
This site is intended for institutional and professional audiences. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device to remember information. This site uses two categories.
| Category | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Required for the site to function correctly (e.g. remembering your cookie preference). Cannot be switched off. | Session to 1 year |
| Analytics | Helps us understand how the site is used, via Google Analytics, so we can improve it. Only set with your consent. | Up to 2 years |
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential ones, or customise which categories you allow. You can change your mind at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the site footer, or by clearing your browser's stored data for this site. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly in their settings.
Third-party cookies
When analytics consent is given, Google Analytics may set its own cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not control these directly — see Google's own cookie and privacy documentation for details on what they collect.
Terms of Service
By using onrav.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

It is provided for general information and is not legal, financial, medical, procurement, or other professional advice.
